Please Note: All Swap Meet, Market & Collectables Stalls must book in by the 16th Feb 2025


Public Entry, Saturday "22nd Feb 2025"

Public Entry is from 7am to 4pm

Public Entry Cost:

$10.00 Per Person *

Children Under 16 Free (With paying Person)

Please Note: There is NO ATM on site.

Entry Payments can be Cash or Card (Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos & Tap N Go, NO Cash Out) All Card payments have a surcharge of 1.5%.

There is toilet's including disable on site.

All Stall's, Display's & Tractor Pull People Please Note:

Entry is Free to all Stall's holders, Displays & Tractor Pull people only.

Camping is permitted from Friday to Sunday (Click Here for more info)

As this is Summer we must follow the RFS Fire Danger Ratings for the "Southern Slopes"

There will be NO Open fires permitted at all on site.

 

All Trucks (Inc D.G. & Height Transported Equipment) Please Note:

There is no access to the show grounds for B-Doubles at all.

Access to the grounds is tight and not recommended for long trailers

There is Height Restrictions 4.6M Max, Please look at Red Markers in the map above.

Trailer parking can be done at the Shell at the Dog On The Tuckerbox or Shell South Gundagai for Long &/or Height loads.

Don't park any trailers on the streets in the township.

No Placard/DG trailers permitted.


Swap Meet Sites:

Swap Meet stall sites are 7m x 7m and are at a cost of $20.00 * (Payment collected on the day)
(Please Note: If you attend and fail to pay you will be black listed from all events)

All Swap Meet sites must be pre booked, you can also book more then 1 site.

(Note, this option is for swap meet sites only, others must read on)

Please note: Any display's on a Swap Meet stall site MUST pay a stall fee, even if its just to display only.

Most sites are Non Powered Sites, Powered sites are a extra cost.

Generators are allowed within reason (Meaning Time of Day Use, Noise, Safety ...)
Anyone using a generator must have a dry chemical fire extinguisher in reach for fire safety.

Vintage Tractor Pull:

Our Tractor Pull follows the guidelines set by the N.H.M.A.

All Tractors must have insurance and must be shown on sign in.

The Tractor Pull starts from about 9am.

All drivers must sign in on the Saturday and be issued with a tractor number.

There is different HP grades.

There is up to 3 sled's, Small up to 40hp, Mid up to 80hp, Large 80hp and Up.

All sled's will run till the winners for each HP Grade (Tho there will be a lunch brake).

Prizes including a trophy will be issued after all runs are finished (Normally around 3-4pm)

We will also try and list the winners on our website too.

There is 2 heights of loading docks at show grounds.


Vehicle Displays:

For all Vehicle displays including the Truck Show & Shine, this will be on the Oval Area, We ask that each group to line up,
Please Note: Public will have access to this area for viewing.

For Trucks in the Show & Shine, you will need to sign in your vehicle and will be issued a number to display.

We ask that all displays please arrive before 9am and NOT leave till after 3pm.

Personal Sun Cover and seating is recommended.

Oil Engine & Other General Displays:

(Not Including, Cars & Trucks or the Truck Show and Shine.)

Most of these Displays will be set up in the Oval Area.

For all Running Displays (Please bring some safety fencing to enclose your display from the public)

Food Stalls:

Please Note: Food stalls have been already booked, we don't require any more.

Drinks and other stalls may call, but please note that these stalls MUST be approved by our Committee.

Heavy Horse's Display

Horse Owners Please Note:

The Horse display is set to be in the (Pony Pavilion) undercover area near the entrance, with your parking and staging behind it.

To Note: The Show Ground is also the local Race Track and so has several area's of quarantine zones.

We have been told that no one is permitted to use any onsite stalls and to keep all horse's and equipment away at a safe distance from the horse sheds and stalls.

Bookings not required.

Camping (At The Show Grounds):

Camping is available on site to all displays and stalls.

Camping is allowed from Friday the 21th to Sunday the 23th Feb 2025.

Camping is free for non mains powered sites.

Camping is permitted in your stall/display area or in the camping/caravan area too.

Mains Powered sites are minimal and have a cost of $15.00 * per night (paid to the Club).

Fires are not permitted at all.
